About Me
Mrs. Thuy Lien - Tran Le was born in 1954 in Saigon, Vietnam. She studied Chinese painting at the Chinese Artist's Guild from 1977-1988, under the tutelage of Professor Chen Bing Sun in Manila, Philippines.
The name Thuy Lien means Lotus. This beautiful and symbolic flower in the Buddhist religion continues to inspire her artistic pursuits. The Lotus remains the creative influence for her water colour paintings that feature this fascinating flower.
